Anthony Mario Ludovici papers, 1938, 1949 - 1970.

Faithfull, and four chapters of a draft of a novel, Unchartered Seas. There are also 15 letters written by Ludovici to his friend, Francis Bickley. The letters date from 1949 to 1970.

Anthony M. Ludovici was born in London on January 8, 1882, to Albert and Marie Ludovici. He was educated privately and abroad, but chiefly by his mother. In 1920, he married Elsie F. Buckley (d. 1959). Ludovici started his life as an artist and at one time was the private secretary for the sculptor, Auguste Rodin.
